Jason specializes in business and investment immigration law, including the EB‑5 program, extraordinary‑ability petitions, labor certification (PERM), and non‑immigrant visas such as H‑1B, L‑1, E‑2, and TN. He has spoken at conferences worldwide on employment‑ and investment‑based immigration options. Jason earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is also an accomplished bridge player, having won both U.S. national and world championships and representing the United States in multiple international events.
