General Visiting Information

Please complete your appointment in advance and plan to arrive 10 minutes early. Upon arrival, check in at reception; if access is restricted, follow the instructions in your confirmation email to contact our staff. All consultations are protected by attorney–client privilege; please do not record, photograph, or film without permission. We recommend 1–2 accompanying persons who agree to confidentiality. Initial consultation fees/retainers are as stated in your confirmation; we accept credit/debit cards, checks, or bank transfers (subject to availability on the day). Receipts/invoices can be provided on-site or after the meeting. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance; late arrival may shorten the consultation, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. If you cannot visit in person, we can switch to a Zoom/phone meeting (please coordinate a time with us).
